Webb Park was the site of The Rancho Bernardo Historical Society's 16th Annual Pancake Festival. Many in the community were in attendance to be served breakfast cooked by Kiwanians of Poway and Los Rancheros. Among those serving were the RBH Key and Kiwins Club, Scouts BSA Troop 681 and 685. Other volunteers included the Girl Scout Troop 8157 and the 2023 Miss Rancho Bernardo Court.
It was a wonderful event which included entertainment by Gyminny Kids Circus Demonstration Team, face painting and prize drawings.
